- The Department of Advanced Energy Material Science and Engineering at Catholic University of Daegu aims to train students with basic knowledge and experiences in energy-related materials and devices. The Department's curriculum is based on energy materials for applications to new and renewable energies such as solar cells and fuel cells, etc. Through understanding of energy-related materials such as semiconducting, nano, optical and electronic materials, students will be qualified as engineers for green growth of the 21st century. The department will also provide basic concept of nuclear energy and secondary batteries.
