| - Completed Application Form(*Printed from University Web-site) - Certificate of Application Receipt(*Printed from University Web-site) - Original Copy of University Diploma or Prearranged Certificate for Graduation - Official Transcripts of Records from University(Original copies) (if you graduated university outside of Korea, #3 & #4 should be a Notarial Act and Korean translation) - Copy of National ID card and Family registration of both parents and applicant - Certificate of Korean Language Proficiency(TOPIK Test level over 5) - Bank Statement of Financial Support in English(over US$10,000 and deposit lasted for over one month) - Certificate of Parents' Employment(or Business) - Certificate of income of the financial supporter(parents') - Copies of applicant's and parents' passport(if available) - None-refundable of application fee, \80,000 |
